We acknowledge complaints within 2 working days and aim to give a full response within 20 working days. This is in line with the Health Act 2007.

If you’re not happy with how we’ve dealt with your complaint, you can refer it to HIQA. They’re the State body responsible for inspecting and regulating nursing homes in Ireland.
