What We Collect
We only collect data when you voluntarily submit a form on this website. The general enquiry form collects your name, email address, and message. The waiting list form also collects your phone number, your relationship to the prospective resident, their name, your preferred room type, and a description of their care needs. The complaints form collects your contact details and the details of your complaint. We do not collect any data through browsing the site.
How We Use It
Your data is used solely to respond to your enquiry or to process your waiting list request, and to fulfil our regulatory obligations as a HIQA-regulated nursing home. We do not use your data for marketing, and we do not share it with third parties except as legally required.
Data Retention
Submissions are delivered to our inbox via Web3Forms, which does not permanently store your data after delivery.
